Back Order and Special Order Items


Items that are Back-Order or Special Order as to where the maker and specific model provided by the Customers are all SALES FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-RETURNABLE or NON-SUBSTITUTABLE such as store credit etc. due to items that are Back Order and Special Order are considered limited and non-regular store stock-item.


Prices may be changed at any time without further notice. We reserve the right to change our product's prices at any time without further notice due to unforeseen cost increases of imported products, raw materials, or currency fluctuations.

Order Cancellation


Benson Guam ENT. Website does not offer a On-line order cancellation. To cancel an order, please contact tour order department at (671) 477-7562 GMT+10 within 24 business hours of placing your new and revised order or full cancellations of your order.


Item Returns 
Note: For Online Purchases only (Purchases from the actual Benson Guam ENT. Store are not covered by this Agreement).

Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment (including gifts), you may return any item, for a full refund (we'll also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error): Items are not returnable if they are in un-sellable condition, or are missing parts.

We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. Please NOTE that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

Packing and Sending Your Return


It only takes a few simple steps:    
1. Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box. We recommend you can use the original box the items arrived in. Or You may use another box if you prefer or if the original box has been damaged.  

2. Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box. Ship items directly to our store. The store address can be found on our web site or on the original packing slip (receipt).

3. Leave the package for your mail carrier to pick up
