When you have voluntarily chosen any of our products on our website / On-line store and has confirmed these lections, added on the cart and chose to proceed on placing the orders. How Secure Is Information About Me?

We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.

We reveal only the last digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card processor.

Credit Card Information are not or never stored in our system after online purchasing, or any form of refunds, adjustments on payment transactions and more that involves payment using credit card.

Every unique transactions would require you to re-input your credit card information when placing orders.

Third party system, software or any app that collects or remembers your Credit card information when signing up to our website or online store are NOT shouldered or covered by the privacy and protection policy of Benson Guam ENT.

Money back/ Payment refund terms and conditions

· Item Returns                                                   

Note: For Online Purchases only (Purchases from the actual Benson Guam ENT. Store are not covered by this Agreement).

Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment (including gifts), you may return any item, for a full refund (we'll also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error): Items are not returnable if they are in un-sellable condition, or are missing parts.

We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days.

Please NOTE that we can refund including shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

Packing and Sending Your Return

 
1. Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box. We      recommend you can use the original box the items arrived in. You may use      another box if you prefer.
 
2. Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box. Ship items directly to our      store. The store address can be found on our web site or on the original      packing slip (receipt).
 
3. Leave the package for your mail carrier to pick up.

· Order Processing                                                   

Orders are typically filled and shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Due to stock shortages, some items may be back ordered and ship at a later date. Benson Guam ENT reserves the right to ship partial orders or hold an order for complete shipment at our sole discretion. Prior to back ordering an item or partial shipping an order Benson Guam ENT will either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

· Back Order and Special Order Items

Items that are Back Order or Special Order as to where the maker and specific model provided by the Customers are all SALES FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-RETURNABLE or NON-SUBSTITUTABLE such as store credit etc. due to items that are Back Order and Special Order are considered limited and non-regular store stock-item.

· Order Cancellation

Benson Guam ENT. Website does not offer on-line order cancellation. To cancel an order, please contact our order department at (671) 477-7562 GMT+10within 24 business hours of placing your new and revised order or full cancellations of your order.

· Order Status

When online orders or purchases has been placed and successfully processed, Benson Guam ENT. Will provide tracking number provided by the shipping carrier of your choice or preferred carrier.

· Shipping Fees

‍Shipping fees calculated on our web site are approximate or may only be an estimate based on information provided by UPS, USPS, and DHL of your preferred carrier. Actual Shipping and handling fees are provided towards the end of the ordering process before making the payment.                                             

We cannot confirm the shipping fees until your order enters the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of orders have incorrect shipping fees. Rest assured, however, that we verify these fees as part of our shipping procedures.

If an order's correct shipping fee is lower than the calculated fee, we charge the lower amount and ship you the order.

If an order's correct shipping fee is higher than the calculated fee, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Back ordered items shipped separately will be shipped based on the original requested ship method and charged a separate shipping fee. We will contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your back order.

The shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

· Payment Processing                      

All payments are in advance and by credit card. Your card is charge only for the items that are shipped, plus shipping and handling charges. Rest assured that we do NOT charge your credit card until your order enters the shipping process.
